The Canadian company Terminotix, Inc. sells a program called LogiTerm created to work with monolingual corpora, parallel corpora and terminology records (stored in a MS Word template).
LogiTerm allows you to search on words in your parallel corpus (which it calls bitexts). You can search either in the source or target text.
LogiTerm places a toolbar in Microsoft Word, which allows you to search on the selected word.
LogiTerm also allows you to index monolingual files and search for words within them. It is a bit clunkier than the bitext search.
Instead of showing the sentence with the search term in the table, you must click on the grey square to the left of the file name to open the file (where the word is highlighted) in the window below. There is no way to see many results at a glance.
